To support your (management) team, we have developed the Emotional Intelligence and Authentic Leadership Program, a 4 weeks deep dive that combines self-regulation techniques for any situations at work/life, in-depth individual SWOT analysis and reflection, brand image consultations and body language techniques, insights into how to lead and influence people. How does it work?

Each program is a real journey with proven positive impact on mental health of your team. Here is how it will go:
  • We will start with an intake interview with you (HR, Health Team, Team Manager) to define focus areas and goals, select how you would like to measure results and discuss the most suitable schedule for your team
  • We will continue with short effective intake interviews with each team member to ensure that all their needs are covered
  • Then we will deep dive into the program that will consist of 1.5 hour group sessions to learn relevant techniques and (optional) 30 minutes practice lunch sessions
  • Your team will enjoy a number of interactive exercises to inspire collaboration, tracking each other’s progress and learning from each other
  • At the end of the program, we will measure its impact with a final survey and provide final recommendations to each team member
  • What happens next? If you like, we are happy to continue with regular (monthly/bi-weekly) Mindfulness Attention Acceleration or Emotional Intelligence Boosters, practice sessions to maintain long-term positive impact on the mental health of your team

Suitable for any office space

A meeting room or a conference room setting is ideal for program sessions, so it works for any office space. We recommend to schedule these sessions in the morning hours for a great start of the day. Study materials and delicious herbal tea are on us, so nothing else is required from your side.
